Job Posts & Credit Packs
Once your job listing goes live on the Platform, the service has been delivered and no refund will be issued. If a technical fault on our part prevents the listing from going live, we will issue a full refund or replacement credit.
As above. Once pinned and live, the service is delivered. Refund or credit issued only in the event of a platform fault.
Credits never expire. If you have unused credits and wish to cancel, we will refund the value of unused credits at the per-credit rate ($39.90 per unused credit), less any processing fees, within 14 days of your request.
As above. Unused credits refunded at $33.30 per credit, less processing fees, within 14 days of request.
Subscriptions
The annual fee covers identity verification (processed immediately via Stripe Identity) and 12 months of platform benefits. Because the verification cost is incurred at the point of purchase, this fee is non-refundable once verification has been initiated. If verification fails due to a platform error, a full refund will be issued.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting support@crewreers.com.au. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the current billing period already paid. You retain full access until the end of the paid period.
When We Will Always Refund
Regardless of the above, we will issue a full refund if:
- A technical fault on our part prevented the service from being delivered
- You were charged incorrectly or charged twice for the same purchase
- Your account was terminated by us without cause
Refund requests in these cases should be submitted within 30 days of the charge to support@crewreers.com.au with your order details.

How to Request a Refund
Email support@crewreers.com.au with:
- Your account email address
- The product purchased and date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
